After discovering the Deutsch Langhaar (DL) breed a few years earlier, I made a home for my first DL in March of 2004. Less than two years later I was adding another DL into my home and heart having emersed myself into the world of conservation hunting and versatile dogs. Since then I have raised, trained, tested and hunted with 3 additional DLs.

Vom Jägerherzen translated from German means "from the hunter's heart" and reflects my vision for living an abundant life filled with gratitude, joy, and passion. The mission of vom Jägerherzen is to promote the excellent qualities of the Deutsch Langhaar to the hunting public.

Vom Jägerherzen is a charter member of Deutsch Langhaar Gruppe Nordamerika (DL-GNA) and is currently home for one started DL. She is family and shares my home.
